Why do we limit the number of email accounts when many other hosting companies allow unlimited email accounts?
We limit email accounts to help combat spam. Spammers will routinely purchase a hosting account then set up hundreds of email accounts to send spam to your inbox. Then they simply cancel the hosting account and open another to repeat the spamming process over and over.
